Toothbrushing Guidance
- Children under 3: Use a toothpaste with at least 1000ppm fluoride.
- Children aged 3-6: Brush twice daily using a pea-sized amount of 1450ppm fluoride toothpaste.
- Adults: Brush twice daily with 1350-1500ppm fluoride toothpaste for optimal protection.
