NHS Advice:
For Children under 3:
Brush twice daily with a smear of toothpaste containing at least 1000ppm fluoride.
For Children aged 3-6:
Brush at least twice daily with a pea-sized amount of toothpaste containing more than 1000ppm fluoride. For Adults: Brush at least twice daily with toothpaste containing 1350-1500ppm fluoride. Your dentist may recommend higher fluoride levels if you or your child are at higher risk of tooth decay.
