I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address
If your order has already been dispatched, it will be too late to amend the delivery address. However, if it hasn’t been dispatched, please contact us. In such cases, we may cancel the order, allowing you to place a new one with the correct details.
I Have Purchased The Wrong Item
If your order has already been dispatched, it will be too late to cancel it. If you wish to return the items, please follow the steps outlined in our returns section.
I Received A Faulty Item
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form. You may be asked to provide proof of delivery and photographic evidence of the order.
Delivery
Normal Processing Times
We aim to process & dispatch your order within 5 business days. Please note delivery times are estimated and could vary from country to country, as well as during traditional holiday periods.
UK Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £25.00.
Your parcels will be handled by Royal Mail using their Track 48 service. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order through the automatic tracking updates sent by Royal Mail once your order has been placed.
Undelivered Packages
In rare cases, packages may be returned to us as undelivered due to an incorrect delivery address, the parcel being refused, or it remaining unclaimed. If this occurs, we will notify you. We can resend the package upon request, but if you no longer need it, we can refund the value of the items. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
International Delivery
We deliver most items internationally. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 10-12 working days, though this may vary during holiday periods.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Duties And Customs
Customers outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are applied once the order reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we are unable to cover them. Please note that international delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. This policy applies to consignments returned by the customer or courier, those that fail customs clearance, or are rejected upon delivery.
Holiday Schedule
We do not dispatch orders on UK public holidays.
Returns
Returns Policy
We offer returns and refund for most items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your receipt date, we cannot offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You will need to post the items back to us. You will be liable for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.

- Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
Please note international orders are not free to return.
Missing Items In My Order
If there are any missing items in your order please contact us immediately through the contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.
My Entire Order Is Missing
Before contacting us, please check your safe places and review the tracking information for your order. Non-delivery of orders must be reported to us within 2 weeks of receiving the dispatch notification, or within 4 weeks for deliveries outside the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims submitted beyond these timeframes.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges on our products except if your products arrived damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us via our contact form should you have received defective items.
